Jess ‘Buddy’ Bell, Jr
Chairman and Founder
Buddy founded Aspire Brands in 2008 with the vision to partner with passionate brand owners, to help grow their brands. He oversees Aspire Brands with 25+ years of industry experience. Buddy works closely with the Directors of each region to identify new partnerships and grow the value of partners brands.

Bob Evans
Group CFO
Bob has been with Aspire Brands since its inception, and supports both regional operating Companies with Financial, Legal, and Operational matters. Bob is also actively involved in all new business initiatives. He has over 25 years of experience to draw upon working with growth-oriented companies and consumer product brands.

Chris Drozdz
General Manager, North America
Chris manages the North American business drawing on an extensive sales and marketing background, having called on the largest accounts in the US. He partners with key retailers and designs profitable, category growing programs.

Becky Miller
Creative Director
Becky leads Aspire Brands in “everything” creative within our regions. She brings a diverse 20+ years of design experience to the team having collaborated with some of the most iconic and innovative brands and brand owners in the world. Becky emphasizes clear communication with our team Managers and Marketers in order to ensure a seamless launch for all new initiatives.

Marius Ferstad
Managing Director, Europe
In addition to his duties as Commercial Manager for Aspire Brands Europe, Marius takes the lead in identifying new business opportunities for our global markets. He strategically works with brand owners, negotiates contracts and collaborates with the Aspire Brands General Managers in order to distribute new brands globally.

Hilde Sandmæl
Commercial Director Scandic Beauty, Europe
Hilde is overall responsible for building and developing the Scandic markets. The business area includes strategic sales and marketing teams in Fredrikstad, Stockholm and Copenhagen. All the major beauty chains in Norway, Sweden and Denmark is present in the portfolio and the local sales and marketing teams work closely with the retailers to maximize the potential in the markets. Further, Hilde is responsible for implementing the strategies in the business area and is a part of the management team.
